RETURNS: Pame' offers a full refund of items if postmarked within 7 days of purchase. This refund does not include shipping fees. 

CREDIT: Pame' offers a credit/exchange for items returned within 14 days. Items must be postmarked by 14th day and the credit does not include shipping fees.

SALE/SPECIALS: All sale/special items are final sales.  We cannot accept returns. 

LOST/DAMAGED: Pame' is not responsible for items/packages that are lost/damaged/stolen when shipping back. Please send via UPS, or FEDEX with tracking numbers & insurance.
